Bec is a fully qualified, BANT registered Nutritional Therapist with a functional medicine approach. Bec has a special interest in stress resilience, energy and self-care strategies.
Her additional training as a restorative yoga teacher, EFT and breath work practitioner also feeds into her holistic approach. Bec works with individuals, companies and in workshop settings to help people achieve their wellness goals. As well as speaking regularly at events and in workplaces, Bec runs an online group course ReAlign - The road to resilience.
With a background as a television executive and channel commissioner, Bec understands the fast pace and high demands of creative industries and the corporate world. She also continues to work as a creative consultant for a variety of television companies and runs creative away days, corporate wellness and stress resilience sessions for successful media companies. Feedback has shown these sessions increase the productivity and positivity of the workplace.
Bec has a virtual clinic working one on one or with group coaching via Zoom. Bec’s talks and workshops have now transitioned online, as have her corporate packages.
Bec is a member of BANT, and CNHC as well as a Yoga Alliance level 2 Associate Teacher and MRAEFT Practitioner. She holds full Public Liability Insurance.

Bec practices personalised Nutritional Therapy with a function medicine framework. As an emotional freedom technique practitioner, her unique mind-body-emotion approach addresses root cause beyond physical symptoms. Bec also offers group coaching, workplace wellbeing packages and holds talks and workshops online. Bec’s evidence based, pragmatic and down to earth approach takes into account the underlying causes and triggers of your symptoms as well as addressing any potential roadblocks to wellbeing.
As well as addressing diet and lifestyle changes to get results, Bec uses functional testing via reputable laboratories, and nutritional supplements where relevant. Bec incorporates EFT tapping and mindset work into her bespoke 1:1 programmes.
From the inside out, you work together to transform your physical health, emotional balance as you correct underlying imbalances in the body.
What to expect when you work with bec
Bec is a strong believer in the fact there are no quick fixes or magic pills when you’re talking about improving your long-term health, but with alignment of goals and some health detective work, Bec will aim to address the root causes of your condition. Working with the body as a whole, a full health history and health timeline is taken in your initial deep dive session. All body systems and lifestyle factors will be scrutinised so that tailored plans and protocols will be personalised for you. Goals and will adapted over time as your health priorities begin to shift. Because of this in-depth way of working, a lot of time is invested up front getting to the heart of your health issues. Bec has found the best route to success is to work over a set period of time, with wholehearted commitment on both sides, and so Bec works only in packages of sessions.

HOW I WORK
Having personally experienced managing daily stress in a fast paced industry, Bec has a special interest in evidence based practices that help buffer and build resilience.
Bec’s work is a culmination of training in nutrition and functional medicine, yoga and mindfulness practices, breath work and biomedicine. Bec trained in EFT (tapping) as a way to further explore the energetic dynamic of stress and anxiety and to add this amazing approach to her toolkit. All of these modalities have informed the evolution of her practice, corporate and clinic work. As a passionate communicator Bec’s main aim to share insight into the stress response and what can be done to help buffer it.
